This position, as top administrative staff for childcare and youth programs, is responsible for day-to-day general administration of early childhood and school-age services. Duties include supervision and coaching of over 100 staff, managing a $4.5M+ budget, income generation, program development, policy compliance, quality control, community partnerships, long-range planning, and facility oversight. The Executive Director ofYouth Development ensures compliance with state licensing requirements, child safety protocols, and YMCA standards while advancing the Association’s mission.
