Will assist in the successful operation of their Youth Sports Program. Youth Sports Instructors will conduct safe, fun, and effective youth sports programs, based on the YMCA of Superior California Healthy Lifestyles Standards and Guidelines.   Shifts/ Availability: evenings and weekends 

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Association Health & Wellness Director leads the Health & Wellness Department for all branches and/or sites in the YMCA of Superior California. Oversees the operations of the health and wellness department and programs, including staff supervision, budget management, and planning. Coordinates and supervises the day-to-day operation of health and wellness programs. Maintains records, schedules staff, and ensures proper equipment maintenance.
